Forgotten PINs happen all the time — resetting one takes a few seconds and never affects your child’s progress.
PIN resets are done from the parent side, so a child can’t lock themselves out for good. In your parent dashboard, open the child’s profile and choose “Reset PIN”. Your child then sets a new one the next time they open the kid app.
If you’re standing next to the iPad, the quickest route is the kid app’s “Forgot PIN?” link, which sends a one-tap approval to your parent device. Either way, streaks, history and the daily set are untouched.
